The organisation being referred to Bluegrass must not be a current client of Bluegrass or be one that is already progressing a relationship with Bluegrass.
Referrals must be submitted online at www.bluegrass-group.com or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to qualify for the scheme.
The referral contact information must include name, job title, organisation, email address and phone number.
A referral contact is someone who is in an influencing or decision making role at the organisation being referred.
If we receive two or more referrals for the same organisation the referrer who contacted us first will qualify.
You will receive your reward for the organisation you have referred signing a Managed Services Agreement with Bluegrass.
The Managed Services Agreement with Bluegrass will be for at least 12 months.
The minimum annual contact value of the agreement will be no less than £3,000 excluding VAT.
Client referral leads passed to Bluegrass must close within 90 days of the date from when we receive the referral from you.
We’ll contact referred organisation to review their requirement and see if we can help them. If we can’t help them or they don’t meet our criteria we will let you know that we can’t progress with the referral.
Should they go ahead, as soon that organisation signs our contract and pays their first invoice (within 90 days of your referral), we’ll send you a £100 Amazon voucher in the post within 30 days.
There is no limit to the number of referrals that you can submit or rewards the that may be earned.

There may be times when we need to change or temporally withdraw the scheme.
