

We’re delighted to announce that Hospiscare has signed up to our IT managed services support service. Hospiscare is Exeter’s adult hospice charity, providing end of life care and support for patients diagnosed with any type of terminal illness and their families, in Exeter, East and Mid Devon.
Hospiscare has selected BlueCare, our IT managed services support package. We’re providing round the clock IT support to the charity’s teams in their 30 locations in and around Devon. We’re also working on a three-year IT strategy with them so they can provide the best possible service in an ever-changing world. We’ve already reviewed their systems, resolved longstanding issues and implemented a robust and secure service.
Working with Hospiscare is particularly special for us as they provide such an important service to our local community.
It’s essential that they can operate 24/7 and their IT infrastructure plays a large part in that. BlueCare gives the Hospiscare team reassurance that if they contact us with technical difficulties in the middle of the night we will respond immediately.
