Competition terms and conditions

1. The competition runs from Monday 10th May 2021 to Sunday 16th May 2021
2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
3. The competition is open to only active Bluegrass Group clients/client employees.
4. The photo must be submitted between 10^th May 2021 and 16^th May 2021 to ask@bluegrass-group.com and our decision is final.
5. Entrants must state when the photo was taken, where and on what device to ensure authenticity in line with competition rules. 
6. Only photo one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
9. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
10. Bluegrass Group also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
11. There is no limit to the number of referrals that you can submit or rewards the that may be earned.
12. Bluegrass Group shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
