We are pleased to announce that following an external audit earlier this week we have retained our ISO accreditations – ISO 20000-1:2011 and ISO 9001:2008.
ISO 20000-1:2011 is an international IT standard that allows organisations to demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in IT management. It’s our industry recognised standard for quality in IT service management and requires certified companies to continuously improve their delivery of IT services.
ISO 9001:2008 is a quality management system standard. It is designed to help organisations improve their management processes which in turn impacts on customer experience and satisfaction.
Service quality has always been a key driver for Bluegrass. These accreditations formalise our commitment to top quality IT managed services and support.
To retain certification each year we need to demonstrate that we are continually improving our services and meeting our customer’s expectations. We’re subject to an annual audit where we must demonstrate that we have the appropriate systems and management processes in place to support reliable, quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
We first secured ISO accreditation in 2012 and have worked hard each year to make sure we pass the annual audit and maintain our accreditation. We’re delighted to have made the grade again this year.
