Bluegrass was born out of frustration with the IT support industry. Having been client-side and experienced the shortcomings in the IT support industry, we wanted to break the mould and offer something different.
Recognising the flaws in the traditional break-fix model of IT support we opted for an alternative approach. Our IT managed service is more proactive than reactive and rather than charge for out-of-hours support we include it as standard.

Back in 2007 when we started several businesses believed in our vision and took a leap of faith to move their support to Bluegrass. We still have many of those clients still with us.
